When you’re ready to make it official, a 30% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date in my calendar.

I will arrive a couple hours earlier to set up quietly within your venue, and get started with the background of the painting
As your day unfolds, I paint your special moment live, capturing light, movement, and atmosphere as it happens. Guests are welcome to watch the piece evolve, which often becomes a lovely talking point during the celebration.

After your wedding, your painting returns to the studio for its final finishing touches. This is where I refine the details, balance the composition, and ensure the piece feels like a polished heirloom while preserving the emotion and atmosphere of your day.
This final stage typically involves an additional 15+ hours of detailed studio work, depending on the complexity of the piece. Once complete, your artwork is carefully finished and prepared to be treasured for years to come.
The full turnaround time is approximately 6-8 weeks.
For peace of mind, I offer complimentary hand delivery within Sydney Metro, ensuring your painting arrives safely and personally. Interstate and international delivery can be arranged via a trusted courier.
