Live Wedding Painting

Once you’ve explored my work and packages, you can send through your event details via the enquiry form.

If your date is available, we’ll arrange a short consultation to chat through your vision, venue, and the moment you’d like captured.

To secure your booking, a 30% non-refundable retainer is required, along with any applicable travel fees.

In the months before your wedding, we refine the details together.

This includes:

• The scene you’d like painted

• Timing within your event (ceremony, first dance, etc.)

• Venue logistics and setup space

• Any styling or composition preferences

This ensures everything goes smoothly and seamlessly on the day.

I will arrive a couple hours earlier to set up quietly within your venue, and get started with the background of the painting

As your day unfolds, I paint your special moment live, capturing light, movement, and atmosphere as it happens. Guests are welcome to watch the piece evolve, which often becomes a lovely talking point during the celebration.

After your wedding, your painting is brought back to the studio for final finishing touches. This is where I refine detail, balance the composition, and ensure the piece feels like a polished heirloom while still holding the emotion and atmosphere of your day.

This final stage typically takes an additional 8–10 hours of detailed studio work, depending on the complexity of the piece. Once completed, your artwork is carefully finished, ready to be treasured for years to come.

The full turnaround time is approximately 4–6 weeks.

For peace of mind, I also offer hand delivery within NSW, ensuring your painting arrives safely and personally.
