We get it—between florals, signage, menus, and favors, the details can add up fast. So when someone suggests live calligraphy, you might wonder… is it really necessary?


Here’s the truth: Luxury calligraphy isn’t just about pretty writing. It’s about giving your guests a moment that feels personal, intentional, and memorable. Whether it's a hand-engraved bottle, a foiled place card, or their name written beautifully right before their eyes—it’s an experience they won’t forget.

How to Book?

    • Contact me via email hello@letteredatelier.com or fill the submission form below with your event details: date, location, guest count, and the type of calligraphy service you want

  • I’ll respond quickly to discuss your needs, provide a custom quote, and confirm availability.

  • Once you’re ready to book, I’ll send over a straightforward agreement along with a 30% non-refundable deposit to lock in your date.

    The remaining balance can be paid anytime—up until the day of the event.

  • On the big day, I’ll show up 10-15 minutes earlier, ready to create beautiful, live calligraphy on the spot. It’s a thoughtful, interactive detail your guests will remember.

FAQs

How far in advance should I book?

Ideally, a minimum of 4–6 weeks before your event, but feel free to reach out anytime! If I’m available, I’ll do my best to fit you in..

What types of events do you work at?

Weddings, brand activations, parties, pop-ups—you name it. If you're celebrating something special, I'm here for it.

What do you letter on during events?

Place cards, gift tags, ornaments, cosmetics, perfume bottles… even leather or acrylic. If it has a surface, I can probably letter on it.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes! I come fully prepared with inks, pens, and all the tools needed to make everything beautiful—except for the actual products or surfaces I’ll be working on (like tags, cards, bottles, etc.). We can decide together whether you’d like me to source those items, or if you’re happy to provide them.

A table and chair will also need to be provided at the event—ideally in a well-lit area where guests can see the calligraphy in action! If you're unable to provide these, we’re happy to arrange them for an additional fee.

What is the minimum booking time? How long do you stay?

My minimum booking is 2 hours, which is perfect for intimate events or shorter activations. For larger events or longer guest lists, I’m happy to stay up to 4 hours or more—we’ll chat about what makes the most sense for your event when you book!

Do you travel for events?

Yes, travel fees are based on distance from Picnic Point, NSW.

  • Up to 100km– Included in your booking.

  • Over 101km– Custom quote based on distance.

  • Overnight or interstate travel – Accommodations and transport costs will be discussed during booking.
